Congestion tax in Stockholm and Gothenburg
In Sweden, a congestion tax is applied in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Previously, this tax only applied to vehicles registered in Sweden.
From January 1, 2015, this tax applies to vehicles with both Swedish and foreign registration plates.

Winter tires in Sweden
