Tolls for German motorways are paid only for vehicles with a maximum permitted weight of 7.5 t and more. Tolls are paid via the Toll Collect on-board unit or manually via the Internet mobile application or in the Toll Collect payment terminal. Vehicles up to 3.5 t are only subject to tolls for the Herren and Warnow tunnels in the northern part of the country. The plan to introduce toll collection for passenger cars ended in 2019, and German motorways are still toll-free for passenger cars.

United Kingdom
Tolls are only levied on some parts of the M6 motorway and some bridges and tunnels around Birmingham. Tolls on the Dartford Crossing, Mersey Gateway and Mersey Silver Jubilee bridges are collected via the free flow toll system with no toll barriers and paid via the mobile app, web or at Payzone branches. There is a congestion charge for entry into central London and Durham. To travel from mainland Europe to the Isle of Great Britain, you can take either the Eurotunnel or a ferry.

Austria
Austria charges motorway tolls for vehicles passing through motorways and motorways. For cars, this fee is paid in the form of a vignette. An on-board unit deposit of EUR 50 is permitted for vehicles with a gross weight of more than 3.5 tons.

Estonia

From 1 January 2018, it is required to pay road user charge for all heavy goods vehicles that weigh over 3.5 tonnes and are used on the public road network.
In addition to the heavy goods vehicles registered in Estonia, the heavy goods vehicles registered abroad will also be obligated to pay the road user charge. The user charge rate depends on the maximum authorized mass of the heavy goods vehicle and its trailer, the number of axles, and the emission class of the heavy goods vehicle.
Estonia applies time-based road user charge, the purchase of which provides you with the right to use the roads for a certain period of time.
Road user charge should be paid before proceeding to the road. Payments can be made 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Payments are saved electronically and there is no need for a printout on paper.
